I didn't get as many nice full body photos as I wanted of Asami Sato from Legend of Korra and the photos I did get are... well...

Take this one for example. I was doing the Asami hair flip but because I was looking down, I look a little.... out of it. *sigh* I plan to do another shoot with our group NOT at a con so we can get more dynamic photos XD! Bless the photographer here for doing what he could with what he had.

Now onto the outfit description. I love that jacket. Love it to bits and pierces. The gloves... I can handle. But her pants were another story all together.

I hate Jodhpur pants on principle. I have no idea why she has them. Does she ride horses? Not that any of us have seen. Is she Indian and going to a wedding? Hardly. Is there a reason for her having them at all? Not that I can tell. It's the Duo Maxwell syndrome all over again.

So, I deliberately decided to go with her concept art instead. The concept art has the same jacket (albeit in a different hue) with tight pants, high boots and knee pads. It just all around looked better so I went with it and I regret nothing.

I'm not even kidding, this is the very BEST Asami Cosplay I've seen! Perfect face and make-up, perfect hair, bad ass costume! You have that perfect, porcelain doll face, and it works so well with the make-up! Great photo, good work!!
