Pulling Down The Halos

The tension had been thick that day and everyone had felt it because it loomed over head like an oppressive cloud waiting to pour its contents down on anyone who dared to look at the source.

Months of detention and embarrassing "counseling" set up by the principle herself hadn't helped the situation either. She claimed she was doing good but all anyone could ever see was the ominous expanding potential for a nuclear war on campus.

It had been building from long before their first encounter and the fight that propelled them into their current situation hadn't even made a chip off the ice burg that was there resounding tension.

School had come to a close and everyone was headed home but two solitary figures remained and their presence was no stranger to each which stood but a few feet from the other. For a moment they didn't move, didn't breathe and the world which had been spinning wildly out of control, abruptly halted.

And that's when they launched their attack. Bodies slammed together and the unequal directional forces caused them both to land hard against the lockers behind them. They rolled across the front of them until they hit a corner and they had no where left to go but further into each other.

Sasuke's hands flew to the face and Naruto's flew to the ass...

And the gravity pulling them together collapsed in on itself like a super nova of ambiguous attraction only to explode into a thousand pieces and force the universe to be reborn aknew.

With the two of them left as the only people in their new found solar system, little thought was heeded to where they were, who they were and how, at this very moment, they were missing detention.

Tsunade considered clearing her throat to alert the boys of her presence but upon more careful consideration, she shook her head and walked back to her office. After all, she was going to be busy arranging a new detention lesson plan so their lack of punctuality would be excusable.

Time was such a little price to pay for the looks on their faces when she introduced the agenda for sexual education to their new found curriculum.
