Well I'm not dead but it has been a very intense move from where we were to where we are now. It was long and arduous and I'm glad it's mostly over.
We traumatized our poor cats but now they're better now after a week plus of us unpacking and getting situated into the new place. Our roommates are super cool, the house is very nice, the neighborhood is even nicer and the weather is actually pretty ideal almost all the time. It's super exciting being closer to the hub of where most of my friends live and… yeah. I'm very happy to be here
!
Of course, right as we're getting settled… the SouthWest breaks. Boy THAT was a grand adventure. It made me realized exactly how prepared or not prepared I am to deal with an emergency situation like that. I mean, seriously, LA to the top part of Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and parts of New Mexico all lost power all at once, even cell towers went down and a lot of water from the tap became undrinkable. Crazy stuff.
However, all in all, I'd say Naru, the roomies and I came out on top XD! We took long walks, swam in the moonlight, told stories by candle light, rescued
from being stranded in a gas station all night long… actually it was kinda awesome. Once Tema joined us and we fed her with our stored food, things were even more entertaining. Then, of course, after about 8 hours of no power and almost no phones/ ways of communication, everything suddenly came back and we watched Archer on Netflix till we passed out.
So yeah. Things have been adventurous and while I'm sad that I don't get to hang out with oli and

all the time now, it's good to be in a place that all around feels better for me.
With that being said: expect to see me around more often after October
! With Yaoi-con coming up, I'm busting balls to get everything ready and then I will officially open commissions for wigs and costumes ^_^!
