Commission: Cis

This is a commission for Cis from Tiger and Bunny. I actually really enjoyed the fit a lot ! The one thing I didn't enjoy doing but enjoyed the end result was the ribbon at the bottom. Those are actually several button holes that the ribbon is weaving in and out of. It was kinda of a huge hassle but I super enjoy the overall look it gave in the end.
